I love how the fascia connects everything in our body and gives us the key to the art and science of healing. It is my passion and life's work: myofascial release.

After 10 years of struggling with intense pain, I was frustrated with my options. Nothing was working and I refused surgery and medication. I studied Athletic Training, Exercise Therapy, Yoga, Stretching, Bodywork, Massage, and Manual Therapy. As I moved deeper and deeper into my studies, I saw my body experiencing less and less pain, so I knew I was on the right path. Later, I was introduced to a foam roller and Ayurvedic Medicine. I was amazed how easily I could apply the massage techniques I knew as a massage therapist, on myself, and the impact prayer and quality of food had on my mind and body. The passion built up inside me and I declared that I would share these “secrets” with others. After Business School, I founded Healsci Inc., and today I reach people all around the world through online videos, teacher trainings, and continuing education courses, where I share simply but effective techniques on how to attain and maintain health and well-being through the mediums of yoga, meditation and food.

This work is so enriching and rewarding, I cannot image myself doing anything else. I love my work, but most importantly I love the people that make my work come to life. Forever grateful to my teachers and friends that support and believe in what I do.
